Power Bunnies Dizzy 72X Drehperlen-Wirbelvibrator

Wasn't sure about the rotating beads at first but those three rows hitting at once is something else. The six twirling modes give you way more variety than I expected for the price.

The dual motors are what sold me — you can run the rotation and vibration separately, which I didn't expect at this price. The three rows of beads hit spots the plain shaft toys never reach. Charging is slow but honestly worth the wait.

I've tried a few rotating toys before but the dual motors here actually make a difference, you can run the beads and the vibration separately instead of everything going at once. Six twirling modes is plenty to cycle through, and the silicone feels genuinely smooth rather than sticky.
