Sofia P. ★★★★★

I’d been hesitant about pelvic floor exercises, but the smooth silicone texture makes these balls comfortable to insert and the smallest weight feels gentle enough for a beginner. The steel core gives a satisfying, subtle pressure that actually reminds me to engage my muscles.

Abigail I. ★★★★★

The graduated weights are perfect for easing into it—I started with the 1.3 oz and worked my way up over a few weeks. The silicone feels smooth and stays put, which makes the whole thing way less awkward than I expected.

Charlotte ★★★★★

The silicone texture makes these balls surprisingly comfortable to wear, and I feel a noticeable difference going up to the heavier 2.2 oz weight. I’ve been using them daily for a couple of weeks now.
