The steel ring holds the mouth open just right, and the leather straps are stiff enough that it stays put without constant adjusting. It's simple but solid, exactly what I needed for a quick session.

The nickel-plated ring has a nice weight that feels durable, and the fit is secure without being uncomfortable. My sub's mouth stays open just as intended, making play sessions much more fun.
