Trinity Vibes Sterling Grey 班瓦球

The smooth texture makes insertion surprisingly comfortable, and I can feel the weight shift with every squeeze. Held in place during a full session of squats, they really do force you to engage those muscles. My pelvic floor feels noticeably firmer after just a few weeks of daily use.

I’ve been using them during my evening routine for about two weeks, and the way they stay put once I engage my Kegel muscles makes the whole workout feel surprisingly effective. The grey silicone finish is smooth and easy to clean, which I appreciate.

I was skeptical about the fit at first, but the smooth sterling grey surface slides in easily and the weight gives you just enough feedback to know you're engaging the right muscles. I've been using them for about two weeks during daily chores and I can already feel the difference in control.
